Welcome to my web site and I hope you enjoy looking at some of my paintings. Art came into my life very late when I retired from farming,bought a canal boat and started to decorate it with canal art Castles and Roses. Soon every odd kettle tray or plate in the house had roses and castle scenes painted on them and some still adorn my house today while others found a home on Ebay.

Lack of space made me try my hand at watercolours and from then on I was hooked to the satisfaction and challenge that painting in watercolours and later acrylics gives you. I paint  what attracts me, be it from photo,real life, or my imagination and for my own satisfaction but you never know something might please you to so have a look.
